Fixing ATAS Deposit and Withdrawal Problems

Fixes for Malaysian players when a DuitNow payment is missing, a withdrawal stalls, a bank is under maintenance or a game wallet looks empty.

!

Protect Yourself from Payment Scams

Deposit only through the payment details generated inside your own ATAS member dashboard. If anyone on Telegram or WhatsApp calls themselves an 'agent' and asks you to pay into a personal bank account, do not transfer.

Four Payment Problems and How to Solve Them

1

Money Left My Bank, but My ATAS Balance Is Still Zero

Likely cause: The DuitNow auto-match is running late, bank networks are busy at peak hours, or the transfer went through without its reference number.

What to do:

  • Give it 3 to 5 minutes, then pull down on the screen to refresh your ATAS wallet.
  • Keep the bank's PDF receipt, or a screenshot that clearly shows the Reference ID and the time of payment.
  • Message 24/7 Live Support with your ATAS username and that receipt, and the team will credit the deposit manually.
2

Withdrawal Stuck on 'Pending' for More Than 15 Minutes

Likely cause: A bonus turnover requirement is not finished yet, or the receiving bank is in its late-night maintenance window.

What to do:

  • Open the Promotions tab and confirm the turnover on any active bonus (for example 1x or 3x) is fully met.
  • Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and other Malaysian banks run scheduled maintenance every night from 11:50 PM to 1:00 AM. A withdrawal requested in that window is paid out as soon as the bank is back online.
  • Check that the name on the bank account linked to ATAS is exactly the same as the name on your NRIC/IC.
3

DuitNow QR Code Says 'Expired' or 'Invalid'

Likely cause: To stop fraud, every DuitNow QR code works for a single payment and lapses 5 minutes after it is created.

What to do:

  • Go back to the deposit page and create a fresh QR code.
  • Do not pay with an old QR screenshot you saved on an earlier day.
  • Finish scanning and paying within 3 minutes of creating the code.
4

Main Wallet Has Credit, but the Game Balance Reads Zero

Likely cause: Your ATAS balance sits in a Main Wallet, while each provider (Pragmatic, Lucky365, JDB) keeps its own sub-wallet.

What to do:

  • Go to the Transfer page under Account.
  • Turn on 'Auto-Transfer' so your credit follows you into whichever game you open.
  • Alternatively, move the amount by hand from the Main Wallet to the provider you want to play.

Payment Questions and Answers

What are the lowest deposit and withdrawal amounts on ATAS?

You can deposit from RM20 using Malaysian local banks or DuitNow eWallets, and withdraw from RM50. Neither comes with hidden processing fees.

May I deposit or withdraw with a friend's or relative's bank account?

No. Anti-money-laundering rules and your own account security require the bank account holder's name to match the name registered on your ATAS account.

How quickly are ATAS withdrawals usually paid?

When banks are running normally, automated DuitNow withdrawals are approved and land in your Malaysian bank account in 3 to 10 minutes.
